- Make test DB container that CI/CD can test off of
- prod and nginx restart always others only on when needed
- When PR submitted make /test Preview.
  - Vercel works, but server needs to update env variables in front end for staging
- When PR approved then push to Prod.
  - staging container becomes Prod
