- run this to pull the current prod dump
  - `scp -i KEY.PEM ubuntu@api.factiii.com:/home/ubuntu/prod_dump.sql ./ `
  - Rename to init.sql and put in the root factiii foloder
  - ./start.sh then opt 3 to inject it
  - migrate deploy to catch up to current migration then run migrate dev to see issue

run migrate dev on prod init.sql
