sync static folder between s3 prod and dev. Use admin console to give access to both keys.
- Check Upload against bucket 1
- S3_MISSING=Upload has file but not S3
- DB_MISSING=S3 has file but not Upload
- Sync static folder from 1 to 2
- Choose folder keys to sync from 1 to 2
