We updated out factiii system to make sourcing and adding dates/locations insanely easy, likely too easy. We have the ability to stop submissions for new Source Factiiis, but are holding off on implementing it for now. If you submit a new factiii and troll us we will give you troll credit. In the future, very soon. Users will be able to filter out trolls or find the best trolls. This is what we mean by all factiiis are positive.
