When users sign up we need a boolean to allow them to make their account private.

The site uses the Types column to set PUBLIC or PRIVATE. We only set PUBLIC and then run all the queries with PUBLIC inside so to set PRIVATE you just set types without a PUBLIC marker.
The user Signup page needs a boolean to allow users to make PRIVATE accounts. Private accounts disappear from searches etc.
