The tag modal needs to adjust when media is added so the media scrollls with the factiiiModal.

- Need to make it so when post is long or has images/videos it puts the overflow-y on both the image and factiiimodal so we can see the factiii modal. When it is a short post it is nicer to have the content above for the user to reference as they scroll tags.
