If I end all the sessions from client my mobile app continues running without relogging in. - Make sure when ending session on client or mobile the other one actually closes and the tokens are invalidated properly. - There seems to be an issue where the same device is registered multiple times. Might be able to fix by checking if the device is in the system before adding.
