I removed the sidebar avatar from header.tsx which I renamed to PostRenderOptions.tsx and need to add it back to navbar on the right then push the Action button to the bottom left like on X.

- Add Avatar sidebar back to navbar for space config
- Move the action Plus button to the bottom left above the navbar
