Currently a bad token leads to an inop site. The request.ts should force logout when a bad token is sent.

- Remove rt,at when bad access is given
  - Prefer this done by pulling logout from useAuth and running it
  - If issue with pulling a hook into a class then just delete the at/rt and find a way to refresh user context

When a bad token is used the client should delete the at/rt cookies.
