Bingham</a> and <a rel="mw:WikiLink" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/Major_(United_States)" title="Major (United States)" id="mwBbA">Major</a> <a rel="mw:WikiLink" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/Henry_Lawrence_Burnett" title="Henry Lawrence Burnett" id="mwBbE">Henry Lawrence Burnett</a>. Lew Wallace was the only lawyer on the tribunal.
