The sign in on mobile is supposed to ask for vault password if you have 1 then place it in, if that fails it goes to manual which means normal otp input, currently it asks if you want to use vault (obviously yes) and has no failover of vault fails to unlock. The vault input also has a bug if 1 char entered it sometimes can’t be deleted, ignore if you can’t reproduce.
