- When adding new goal make sure to deconflict it between factiiiId and goalType so 1 goal can have a goal associated to each type of goal IE monthly/daily/daily etc
  - Search already does this but may be buggy
  - Add this to the drop down onChange
- Submit should just use the state NewGoals to send to server. This holds all the updated goals and should be submitted to the server to process into goals
  - On backend use a upsert to update or create
