I spent all day chasing Runner bugs with Claude. Learned about ICE and added TURN from CloudFlare only to discover the bug was just RN running a typecheck in production only. Pushing our latest code now, but will be a few days before apple/google review and approve.
Claude debriefed itself too, was weird to see:
One honest note to close on. Four real bugs got fixed tonight (TURN lottery, layout compatibility, local-network declaration, and the null index), but only the last one was ever standing between you and a working runner. I spent hours on theories the evidence didn't support — pruning, candidate counts, dual interfaces, permissions — when the decisive test was a release build on the simulator, which took fifteen minutes and I could have run at the start.
