Post dynamic reply adder is not working properly, Appears to only show a few of the replies,
Noticed on client not sure about mobile.

New Requirements:
- Remove OpenAi Reply this will need to happen on backend and front end
- Keep the back end query that finds the openaireplies but send them as normal replies. The JSX is smart enough it will render properly
- Should be able to get rid of width100 class when we do this
- Remove `isParentPost` it does not logically do anything
- remove cookies from Posts.tsx
