AI features run on trons, and each use spends them. Pitch decks are free too: a pitch only costs trons when AI generates its slides, and storage if you attach files to it. You only ever pay for two things. AI features run on trons, at what the AI costs us plus a small margin. Premium is for the features that need storage: one plan covers Oakbox, your private vault with 10 GB on our cloud (upgrade for more any time), screen recording, and every storage feature we build next. 20% of what you pay for Premium comes back as trons every month, and as a Premium member every tron is spent at exactly our AI cost. You can also connect a Factiii runner and keep your Oakbox on your own machine, with its own disk and compute, for free.
We refuse engagement hacks that harm mental health: no infinite dopamine traps, no surprise push-notification spam, and no “gotcha” dark patterns. Our default is humane by design—breaks are okay, mindful use is encouraged, and we will never penalize you for stepping away.
You do. By default, your data stays on your device with optional local-first features. You choose what to share, when to sync, and with whom. We never sell your data, period.
